Minister Salem Seladonia discusses stress during the holidays: an increase in stress has been documented during holidays, which can trigger grief for some. Different experiences can impact mental health, and this is a reminder to be compassionate to ourselves and others, as well as to also address mental health maintenance that can hopefully help relieve stress that may come in this time.
