Despite the fact that it is consistently found to be psychologically and socially damaging, it is all too prevalent, especially in online discourse. As Satanists, we should be aware of what behaviors and mindsets lead to moral grandstanding, especially since these are the same factors that underlie witch hunts and other moral panics.
